Philippa Lintott
Business Manager 'A conscientious, hard working manager who takes pride in ensuring that we always provide you with the best possible service’
Philippa has worked in management roles for a number of years and has been with us since 1996. However Phil was a client for 10 years before that! She brings to the clinic the unique objectivity of a client. Her ability to ‘balance the books’ and keep the business on an ‘even keel’ is well respected.
Phil looks after the day to day running of the clinic and is responsible for all staff.
As co-owner of the business and Michael’s wife she frequently doubles as vet nurse/receptionist after hours and really enjoys accompanying him on farm work – ‘great to get out from behind the desk.’
“I enjoy being involved in the veterinary business and will always ensure that if you have a problem it is dealt with efficiently and effectively"

Julie Valler
Veterinary Nurse ' A pleasant, friendly nurse who works hard to ensure that she gives you the best possible service.'
Julie joined the nursing team in 2001 and is a local girl.
She is very confident with all animals and her particular interest in dog behaviour has arisen from competing and training in agility and obedience for a number of years.
Her comprehensive knowledge means she is the perfect choice to run our puppy classes and when your puppy graduates from Carlyle Vets preschool you know that you and them have an excellent grounding in basic dog training.
Julie has worked on a farm earlier in her career and lives on a lifestyle block so brings a good understanding of the needs of our farm clients. |

Megan Jenkinson (Meegs)
Veterinary Nurse Megan is a qualified vet nurse who started with us in 2003. A consummate polocrosse player and 'horsey person' on her days off, she is bright, bubbly and always ready for a laugh.
Megan has worked on a dairy farm and has a good understanding of the needs of our farm clients and those who have farm animals as pets.
Megan is an excellent nurse who is always ready for a challenge and eager to learn. 'Nothing is too much trouble'.
When Megan assists you at our clinic you will leave with, not only the impression of a well trained and highly competent nurse but also, I guarantee, a smile on your face. |

Ann Sheeran
Receptionist 'An enthusiastic, warm hearted receptionist who will take the time to ensure you and your pet feel ‘right at home.’
Ann is our longest serving staff member and thoroughly enjoys her work and the everyday challenges it brings. She has worked in Napier all her life and has always been in ‘front of house’ positions.
Ann takes immense pride in the presentation of our reception area and consult rooms and ensures that you are always greeted warmly and that our clinic is always sparkling clean.
Ann is now one of the 'points of contact' for our farm clients who need advice on the latest products drench companies are offering and arranges for vets to visit your farm when needed.
“I am great at keeping our vets ‘on their toes’ and enjoy meeting new people and chatting with old friends every day” |

Jo Hansen
Kennel Assistant Jo is our kennel assistant and is indispensible in assisting us to maintain the high level of cleanliness you have come to expect in our facility. She is responsible for keeping our hospitalised patients comfortable and ensuring they get lots of cuddles and caters to their every whim in the food department.
As she works part time you may not have had the pleasure of talking to Jo but she is peasant and friendly and will always have a chat.
Jo adores animals and if your pet is in our hospital you can be assured that they have been the recipient of her 'hugs and cuddles'. |
